Who we are

Melanin Art Gallery sells canvas art, printed and stretched to order. Every order is made after you place it.

Orders

When you order, we confirm by email. Because each canvas is made for you, an order can be changed or cancelled only until it enters production, usually within a few hours. Write to us straight away if something is wrong with your size, frame or address.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping to every country we ship to. Payment is taken when you order. Taxes and duties charged by your own country on import, if any, are paid by you.

Delivery

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. Delivery in the United States usually takes 4 to 11 business days in total; other countries 12 to 30. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and damage

See our refund policy: 30-day returns and exchanges, and a free replacement for anything that arrives damaged.

The artwork

The artworks are ours and are sold for personal display. Buying a canvas does not transfer any right to reproduce or resell the image.
