The canvas

What is it printed on?

Museum-quality cotton-poly canvas with a matte protective coating, stretched over 1.25-inch sustainably sourced pine bars. The image wraps around the sides.

Does it arrive ready to hang?

Yes. Stretched canvases come with the hanging hardware; framed canvases have a sawtooth hanger already attached.

What is the frame?

A solid pine floating frame, 1.25 inches deep, in Black, Espresso, Natural or White. The canvas sits inside it with a small gap, so it appears to float.

Will the colours match my screen?

Screens glow, canvas does not. Colours come out a touch softer and warmer than on a screen.

How do I clean it?

Wipe dust away gently with a clean, dry cloth. No sprays, no water.

Sizes

Which size should I choose?

11 x 14 and 16 x 20 on a shelf, a desk, beside the bed or in a gallery wall. 16 x 24 and 20 x 30 above a console, dresser or nightstand. 24 x 36 and 30 x 40 above a sofa, bed or dining table. 32 x 48 and 40 x 60 are statement pieces for large walls. See the size guide for all eight on one wall.

Are the sizes in inches?

Yes. 1 inch is 2.54 cm, so 24 x 36 is about 61 x 91 cm.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Nothing. It is included in the price, everywhere we ship.

Where do you ship?

The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and all of Europe.

How long does it take?

Each canvas is made to order in 2 to 5 business days. In the United States it arrives 4 to 11 business days after you order; elsewhere 12 to 30. You get a tracking number when it ships.

Will I pay import tax?

Not in the United States. Elsewhere your country may charge import tax or duties on arrival, and those are paid by you.

Returns

Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in its packaging. You pay the return shipping and we refund the canvas. Write to us first. See Returns.

It arrived damaged.

Send a photo within 14 days and we ship a new one free. Keep the damaged one.

Can I change the size after ordering?

Only until it enters production, usually within a few hours. Write to us straight away.

The art

Who makes the art?

Anne. Every piece begins as her idea and composition, and passes through her hands before it is printed. Modern tools are part of the brush; the hand is still hers.

Is each canvas printed to order?

Yes. Nothing is kept in stock. Your canvas is printed, stretched and, if you chose a frame, framed for you after you order.

Can I use the image for something else?

The canvas is for personal display. The image itself stays ours and cannot be reproduced or resold.

Gift cards

How do gift cards work?

A gift card is sent by email the moment you order it, with a code the recipient enters at checkout. It never expires and can be used over more than one order.
