Refund policy

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your canvas arrives to return or exchange it. It needs to come back in the condition it arrived in, in its packaging. Write to us first so we can send you the return address; the return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the price of the canvas as soon as it reaches us, to the card you paid with.

Ordering from outside the United States? Write to us before you send anything back. Shipping a canvas across the ocean is expensive, and we would rather find the simple way with you.

Damaged or misprinted

If your canvas arrives damaged, or is not the piece and size you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we print and ship a new one, free. You keep the damaged one; nothing needs to go back.

Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
